Returns

  • The item is in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
